Brilliant, deep gorges inland. Pretty and quiet but driving on these roads is a little hair raising. The roads are very narrow, windy (winedy? Not blowy just loads of bends!) and steep. This is just one of the dramatic waterfalls in the gorge. You can go on a trip through the gorge with Dave, from the site, in his minibus. It's good. From £10 for the day per person. The road buries through the rock. Well actually the Cycling Club of France (I kid you not) paid for some navvies to tunnel through the rock early in the 20th century. It's all very dramatic.
