Antibes is one of the most beautiful towns in
the world!
It's warm, small and beautiful, between the
azure sea and the snow capped mountains.
The food is great, the alleyways picturesque and
the banks absolutely bloody appalling .... but then this is France! The
doctor makes house calls and apologises if it takes more than 20
minutes. He arrived in leathers on a motorbike.

This is the beach, looking from my favourite
little laundrette, near our site, towards Fort le Carre, where Napoleon
was imprisoned before being exiled.
Note no sand but pebbles don't get in those
important little places like sand does!

A beautiful alley in old Antibes.

The ramparts with the Picasso museum under the
tower.

A beautiful sunset in the west from Cap
d'Antibes!
(A bit unlikely in the east, n'est ce pas?)
